  6. Your lesson is scheduled on a weekly basis.  Please let us know ASAP if you are unable to come for your lesson.

  7. Missing a lesson 2 weeks in a row without notification may result in your scheduled time being given to someone else.

  8. Students should be ready to ride at the indicated lesson time.  Students should arrive 15 to 20 minute prior to lesson time.  This will allow the student to prepare for their lesson.

  9. If you arrive late for your lesson, your lesson will consist of the time remaining of the scheduled lesson.  For example:  Jill has a 30 minute lesson scheduled for 1:00 pm.  Jill arrives at Pony Paddock at 1:00. If Jill takes 10 minutes to tack up Jill will have a 20 minutes of lesson time.

  11. Tack should be put back in the tack room prior to leaving.

  12. Crops and hard hats should be returned to the tack room prior to leaving.

  13. Students are welcome to come out prior to their lessons as well as staying after their lesson.  However, children who are at Pony Paddock unsupervised are expected to contribute to the completion of the barn chores. Children unwilling to contribute to the completion of the barn chores will be supervised.  However, babysitting services are $10 per hour.

  14. Students are not responsible for payment for lessons cancelled by the instructor.  Lessons paid for in advance and cancelled by the instructor will be made up.  Payment for cancelled lesson may also be applied to the following month’s lessons.
